The main host was nice, free water and chocolate cookies, the roof.

There were weird slime white stains on the bedframe,and wall, housekeeping didn’t clean my room the first night and I had to do it myself, you can hear people in next room, the breakfast ham and turkey tasted old and made me nauseated.

Too expensive for the type of hotel, there were blood stains on the bed!!! I paid a lot for a hotel that wasn’t worth more than €80 a night.

It needs maintenance, the shower door has a broken mechanism.

Helpful staff but structure and services need improvement

There is a big gap between the common areas, the terrace and the breakfast room, which are well-kept and clean, and the rooms. Our room was not cleaned properly and our request for further intervention was fulfilled but the level of cleanliness of the rooms still needs to be improved. We even had to ask for the sheets to be changed. Our tiny room’s bathroom, with an open shower, is attached to the toilet, which floods every time if you’re not careful. Breakfast really needs improvement. It never changes and we only had fruit after requesting
